Your 30 hours are completely customized around what you and your family need.
A care plan might include four weekly visits, comprehensive advance care planning, a legacy project, vigil and after death support, and a bereavement visit.
Two Farewell doulas provide continuity, greater availability, and ongoing phone, text, and email support.

Whether you're seeking death doula services for yourself or a loved one, the first step is simple: send a message through my contact form, book a consultation using a button on this site or email me directly. Reaching out doesn’t require a plan, just a willingness to begin.

We offer a no-pressure, 15-minute phone call or Zoom (your pick) to discuss your situation and explore how we can help. This is a safe space to ask questions and see if working with a death doula feels right or if now is the time to begin support.

Our first meeting is a 90-minute in-person visit where we review medical needs, care team details, and end-of-life wishes. This foundational session gives us clarity to move forward with compassionate, personalized death care. The fee for this meeting is $275.

After our first visit, your doula will create a tailored care package, often including advance care planning, legacy work, vigil preparation, and after-death rituals. You choose the path and pace that fits your needs.

Once we begin, you’ll receive steady, compassionate support at the pace you need and 24/7 on-call availability during active dying. Together, we’ll honor this threshold with care, presence, and ritual.
You don’t have to be the person who’s dying to call us.
Sometimes our work begins with the person who is ill or dying. Just as often, it begins with someone who loves them.
Farewell supports spouses and partners, parents, children, siblings, caregivers, friends, and chosen family navigating the impact of serious illness and death.
The person who is ill does not have to want or need death doula care for you to receive support.
