Workshop: the Yoga of Grief with Expanding Heart Yoga

Loss is one of the most universally difficult aspects of the human experience. Delving into the experience of grief, however, provides an opportunity for deep self-inquiry and a greater understanding of our own nature.  Expanding Heart Yoga is honored to welcome Grief Educator, Jessica Enzo, and Death Midwife, Jade Adgate who bring their combined skills and experience working with the bereaved and dying to create a supportive environment in which individuals may safely explore their own unique yoga of grief.

This special three-hour workshop includes the practice of Grief Mapping with Jessica to help participants begin to express grief, a Chair Hatha Yoga practice with Priya to move grief through the body and mind, and a Fellowship Circle with Jade to encourage peer-supported grief tending. Space is limited to 8 participants,  Please register at least one day in advance.

This workshop is offered to 8 participants and is structured on a sliding scale: $50/$60/$70. Masks are required in the studio.
